I have a 03 escape limited, hit a deer on the side of car.[ replace the door] A couple week later door would not shut, husband went out and got it shut
next day door won't open from the outside or inside, thought he might have hit child safety, but it should still open from outside, remove door pane. the rod going from handle to lock [ Lock being corner back were it catchs body ] moves up and down will not unlock/open. please help he wants to drill it [ lock] out
