165k miles on the odometer with stock TTY bolts. Been running an SCT tuner with Matt's SRL tune since the 100k mark. Only work done to the engine has been STC fitting replaced (65k), oil cooler replaced (78k), turbo center section replaced (78k), and IPR valve replaced (130k). Everything else original, including EGR cooler. Truck has only pulled a moderate load a couple times. Rest of time it serves as my daily driver with trips no less than 15 miles. I let it idle for at least 2 minutes or coolant temp reaches 100 degress before taking it on the road and I limit boost to a max of 10 lbs until it's fully warmed up (188 degrees plus). I've been running a coolant filter since about the 10k mark and switched to Rotella Ultra ELC at the 145k mark. Other mods in my sig.

I've got a 2006 with just over 107k miles and still on original stock head bolts. Deltas are usually about 8*-10*. I don't tow regularly with it but I do tow once in a while.

Mods are in my signature. I occasionally run Gearheads SRL tune but make sure I'm monitoring EGT's. And, I always let it cool down properly to just under 300* before turning it off.

189,000km still tty, 100% full stock. Mines and 06 f-350 dually. I'm having some troubles with bucking, even when its warm. But it only bucks when in overdrive. When shes cold she is absolutely gutless so I ALWAYS let everything warm to normal operating temps. I change my oil every 4000km, anything she needs she gets. I tow always with it but only short distances (I haul a trailer to and from work 200km per week) When its idling it feels like its missing, like in a gas engine, i want to fix it but dont know where to begin. I dont think my mechanic is fully knowledgable with these special engines. He is very good at sourcing but I want to direct him a bit to save experimenting. Can someone help me please?

128K right now but ford did a headgasket job at 75k. Have been running atlas 40 FICM tune for the last 5k miles. I am running CAT ELC now and have an oil cooler scheduled for next month but other than that I plan to run the truck this way until the gaskets let go and then get the heads decked and held down with some ARP studs.

Start a new thread in this form, and you will get the help you need, There are many, many knowledgeable owners on this site and when they see your problem they'll all help in anyway they know how.. I'm relatively new to the 6.0 and up to now haven't had any problems so I can't offer much in the way of answers to your problem but I'm sure there is someone here that can, you just have to make the post more visible.
