Wow a perfect front bumper, damn near perfect grille. Put a new ranger insert in the emblem, and your front end is done.
Clean the whole truck, use a mild rubbing compound, then wax and buff. I bet that truck will sparkle.
Attach a fake filler hose and locking gas cap to the hole's in the bed (at least until you patch the hole's) and go cruisin.
For $700.00 you did good

I don't go to pick n pull anymore, besides the tolls, the fee to go in, the overpriced parts, and the rude salespeople it's just not worth my time.
I know they had a couple CVs in there around May/June, but I didn't look for them when I was up last week.
They do have a couple Volvo PVs there now, though. One looks like it went through a fire and the other is in primer.

I like the '68 Ranger. $700 is great because it looks like most of it is still there. I would keep it stock as a hardware, home depot machine.

Thumbs up salvage yards

I have better luck with the local salvage yards that I have gotten to know the workers and owners at. I make it a habit to throw a few $s on the workers when I get what I am looking for. Needless to say they will remember you. As we all know, $ talks.

If your saying your motor is a 352 because of the block numbers just below the head & next to the water pump. Here's A HEADS UP most all Fe's blocks have those block casting whether it's a 352,360, 390 so check the stroke is the only real way.
