CPP Under Floor Booster/Master - Built In Residual Valves?

I bought the semi-clear, dual chamber reservoir (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/clp-rrck/overview/) from Summit as you can see the fluid level without having to open the cap therefore keeping the system sealed.
