Not too bad damage. Grill & one headlight. But it also broke the fiberglass bar BEHIND the grill that the bottom of grill snaps into.
What is it called and where can I get one?

It is called the grille surround. Check ebay, local junk yards and just about anyone that sells aftermarket grilles. They also are available in chrome.

 

I'm not talking about that. The broken BLACK piece in front of the radiator.

 

take it by your local dealer.... they can ID it for you... to me it looks like JB Weld will be your friend on that 1.

Broken fiberglass/plastic pieces can be a pain.

 

LMC truck will probably have a blown up picture of it. Not sure if that is part of the core support or the grille surround or its own piece.

Looks like a good time for L headlights and grille upgrade.

 

you may be looking for a Grill Baffle (LMC newest Catalog Page 21 top pic number 6)
