Just making sure but you are working on the front two cylinders on the drivers side, correct?

misfire

Did the misfire happen after the plug change? What type of plugs and COP did you use?

Compress test is next on the list.

You should be pulling several codes with two misfires, p0306-7. Maybe also a random misfire code. Any others?
Have you checked your pcv elbow on the back pass side of the engine?
That vacuum leak will also create a misfire or rough running engine, pulling a lean condition on either bank.

Did you see any coolant in the plug holes before you pulled the plugs? Sometimes you'll get a manifold leak and the coolant will ground out the cop's. However, once the plugs are replaced and cop's are dry, that should not be an issue.

You wouldn't get a misfire from the cat, but a gradual decrease in power.
Not likely.

Since those COP's are easy to get to, I'd change them out with another couple of cylinders and check again.
The other thing, make sure the two electrical prongs aren't bent from installing new COP's.
Did you use dielectric grease on top of the COP's to help ensure good contact when reinstalling?

Did you check for codes?
What plugs did you replace and were they factory gapped around ~.052-.058 ?

Try resetting the ECU/PCM ? Pull battery for 10 mins or so. Maybe your misfire caused timing to pull back so far it feels like its still missing?

Any chance of water damage to it? You are throwing random electrical system codes.

The throttle actuator open code most likely is a bad TPS sensor or could be the throttle body and plate gummed up?

But with all the codes you mentioend its almost like the wire harness got wet and some contacts are corroded or having issues. Perhaps get a can of contact cleaner and clean the connectors if they look oxidized or like they got water in em.
