Repair shop in Crossett, Arkansas

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a shop in Crossett, Arkansas. the company I work for has a 2000 F450 bucket truck with the 7.3L in it and we are having a no start problem with it. A little back ground no the truck, we got it from a car lot about two years ago and it was running just fine. last year I had to fix the fuel bowl water drain o rings. about a month ago we had to drop the fuel tank and i installed the Driven Diesel Fuel Tank / Pre-Pump Kit due to the screens were clogged up and the truck run great after that. Last week the guys that use it drove it from Mobile, Al to Crossett, Arkansas and it run great all the way there. next morning it would not start so they take it to a diesel shop there in crossett but that shop has no idea how to troubleshoot a 7.3L. If I had it here in Mobile I would work on it myself for you guys have given me all the knowledge I need to work on it. My guys there just don't have the tools to work on it and to tow it back to Mobile would be around $2,000.00. So does anyone know of a good shop around there I could get it towed too?

Define a No Start.

When you turn the key, do you get a WTS light? No WTS light likely means a blown fuse.

If so, does it crank? Sometimes these trucks will crank just fine, but the voltage is too low for the injectors to fire.

If you get the WTS and it does crank, have they tried to jump start it? Jump starting it may raise the voltage so the injectors will fire.

I know you probably already know these things. But sometimes we need reminders.

More info: I had the guys check the most common things like the WTS light, fuses and I also had them replace the battery's due to when it was here at the office the old batteries were not that great. My guy has AE on a laptop I sent them to check for any codes and it had none. Then I ask him to try the injector buss test and he got communications error with the IDM. He picked up a rebuilt IDM and now when he tries the buss test he gets an unknown error. Also I had him do a ohms test at the 42 pin connector on the value cover and it was all over the scale for one injector he would get 9 ohms and then the next one would be 68 ohms. He's going to see what the shop it is at now will charge the replace the UVCH for I'm sure they need replacing.
Will see what happens after the UVCH is replaced and will report back.
