Testing oxygen sensor and COP

Is there a way to test an O2 sensors d a COP with a digital multimeter?

Not too much useful info can be obtained with a meter for either. You check for an open coil on the COP (rare) or an open heater on the O2 sensor, but that's about it.

Codes

I finally retrieved the fault codes from my Escape.
#2 and #6 cylinders are misfiring,(P0302 and P0306)

Also the P0316, O2 sensor circuit bank 1 sensor 2 (see P2270 and P2271)

I was gonna check it with a multimeter

Don't bother. Fix the misfires first, reset the PCM, then retest.
