What for? Before this goes any farther, explain to me why people on THIS forum have studs installed and STILL have recurring head gasket problems.

one would be people have a tendency to push beyond the limits, and stretching the OEM bolts second is using aftermarket gaskets it's a dice roll either way I didn't put ARP studs because I know where to stop( I think)

Inspection and prep could account for some issues, but after much reading it's also my opinion they aren't a necessity for many people. A lot depends on how you use, mod, and maintain your truck.

I've put in bolts in many of them, still no issues. Again, why do some on this forum have repeat gasket issues after a stud install?

The one in the pictures is a contractor that pulls a dozer at times, but mostly bricks on a large gooseneck trailer. 191 thousand miles on bolts.
