Vacum line going to AC

1989 F250,5.8

First thanks for all the help. My work truck that I count on runs so much better.

There is one vacum line going from the manifold to a 3 way mount to the firewall, one of these is plugged the other goes to a vacum solenoid of some sort on the evaporator housing. I am assuming I need this to operate the vent system? If so can I assume I can just run it to the solenoid and eliminate the cracked three way?

Thank you.

Yup. As long as the vacuum gets to where it's going, you can route it any way you want. No need for the cracked piece.
