Is this one o'clock or two o'clock?

That's kind of confusing isn't it? I'd say 2 o'clock. Does LOKAR give an explanation?

See I think it's 1 o'clock. Lokar does not give an explanation

I'm just going by where the arm comes off the attachment point. How does it shift? That should tell you. Does it go in all the gears?

It looks like 2:00 to me.

Excuse my crude illustration but hopefully it shows the position. You can see it's not really at 1. The whole arm has to point to 1:00, not the connection point at the top. It looks like the bolt may be hitting the original arm so you may not be able to turn it that much with it on there.
It may not seem like that much but the position of that arm makes all the difference.

It shifts ok now, but it's my first lokar shifter and first old vehicle. So I have nothing to base it off of besides newer vehicles. I emailed lokar the pic and they said it looks like 1 o'clock. If I remember the directions say eye hole should be at 1 o'clock. I'll have to check. Thanks for all the help guys. Couldn't do any of this without y'all!!

If it's not binding and shifting smooth I would leave it where it is. Mine was binding in that position so I had to move it .
