still getting p0446 code

2005 5.4 - code P0446

I just replaced the vapor canister and solenoid. #10 fuse is good. Still getting code. Any ideas?

Well at least changing the canister seems to have solved the slow fill-ups at the pump. Guess I'll start trying to chase electrical gremlins unless somebody has seen this before and give a me a head start.

Have you checked for operating power on one wire to the CVS and for continuity from the the other wire back to the PCM plug?

Have power. I haven't been able to determine for sure which plug and pin is correct to check continuity.

At the CVS, the red/yellow wire is the switched ignition feed. The violet/white wire goes back to pin #61 of PCM connector C175B.
