92 Extended Cab 4x2 center support, is it hard to change?

I noticed some clunking sometimes when I'm slowly accelerating and then letting off the gas. I thought it was bad u-joints but it turns out to be the center support bearing is all torn apart. I was told the u-joints are fine. I've never changed one of these center support bearings but I can see where all the rubber is torn and all the play in the driveshaft there. Is this an easy change? Does the front driveshaft and rear have to come out? What's hard about changing it? Do I need any special tools?
