89 f250 no spark

I changed my leaking valve cover gaskets this weekend and after starting it up I noticed a wire going to coil was loose and arced off against manifold. Now no spark. No power to + side of coil. No power to harness on distributor. But all fuses are good.

Please help

Thanks In advance

Also truck cranks over fine, good fuel pressure, just wondering where ignition relays or fuse able links might be that I'm missing.

Thanks in advance

There is not an Ignition relay for the power to the coil and distributor.
The Power comes from the Ignition switch.

But there is a fuse link (D) low on the drivers side under the hood between the switch and the coil.

The wire is white with a blue stripe on both sides of the blue fuse link. One end of the white with a blue stripe goes to the ignition coil. The other white with a blue stripe goes to the ignition switch but it has a splice on the way to it and from the splice it is a red wire with a light green stripe. From the splice there is also a white with a blue stripe and it goes to the EEC power relay coil.

Here are two photos from a 1989 E-series. I hope they are the same as I do not have a 1989 truck to photo.

No it should be on the drivers side.

No this wiring does not go to the PCM plug on the computer.
Check for power at the EEC Power relay coil pin. To check does the EEC Power relay click when you turn on the key?
If so and no power to the Ignition coil then the fuse-link is open.

Is the EEC relay on drivers side fender or somewhere else?
