Should go behind the side panel below and to the right of the glove box.

Really....Humm ... the exploded view I have shows drivers side but the way the diagram overlaps between the dash and door it looks like its in the door.
Chuck do you have a 2011 with this option from the factory? You've seen the annunciator and the sounds definitely coming from the passenger side?
Any chance of uploading a pic of it and its connector if you can get a clear shot of it? Or I can private message you my cell to send it directly to it.

I have a 12 f250 XLT 4X4 ccsb 6.2 w/ the preferred equip. pack and XLT Premium Pack. Didn't think there was a difference between those model years. I have the back up camera so for some reason the back up sensors were deleted. I checked into adding them but found it was not a plug and play item. My diagram showed the beeper and wiring loom running from the rear to the fuse relay area that I previously described. It's a panel that pulls out that exposes all kinds of fun stuff. Sorry if it was miss information.

I looked there and the cupboards are bare. Anyone have a good link showing how to remove the door panels? I've removed many and its helpful to see where the hidden fasteners lurk to avoid plastic breakage.

Does anyone have a link to the chassis wire diagram that will show this elusive connection point for the annunciator box on a January built 2011. A schematic would also be useful.

Took it to steelership last week. The head electrical guy took a quick look while it was in for a warranty pinion seal (2 days!). He couldn't find the connection point for the annunciator. He did give me detailed wire and pin cavity diagrams. I may need another daughter jumper harness. The wires are present in the chassis harness back at the bumper. So the wires are at least in that loom running towards the cab. So I need to follow it and dissect the dash and look for the hidden harness. The computer program the dealer had showed everything. One more attempt to get it to work.... If not I give up and will have a new take off bumper, bumper harness and the new annuncialtor for sale!

That would be big if you can find the connecters in the cab and at the bumper. Keep us posted.

The connector on the main harness coming from the cab goin to the bumper has all 8 pins needed at the bumper. When you don't have the assist option it uses the same connector but there is only 2 pins on the bumper side of the jumper harness in the cavity for the licence plate lights. So it appears the truck side chassis harness is generic. I just have to trace it out....now thats its warmer out.

The strange thing is the chassis side has male pins. General rule is the main side of any harness should be female not male. At least it is in most everything Ive seen in the last 35 years. I tried to locate the right molex female pins so I could simply repin the existing bumper cavity but couldn't locate $5 worth of pins so I was forced to spend 70 for a new harness. The take off bumper had the harness but the connector was round vs rectangular and wrong sex so they have changed it either before of after 2011. I could have made that harness work if I could have found the right molex's
