What head is this? 351W engine supposedly

My sig truck is supposed to have a 351W, and the VIN confirms that. I was working on the truck and noticed that sparkplugs exit from the heads at a pronounced angle. It seems from the discussions here that only the GT40P heads do that. Or is that only in comparision to the GT40? Being very new to Ford engines I'm not sure how to compare different heads. What do stock heads look like? I tried to find casting numbers without pulling the valve covers and all I could find was a "10" cast into the forward outward corner of the head on the driver's side.

Front driver's side.

Those don't look like 'P' heads to me, at least from the angle of the picture taken. P heads have more of a 90 degree out of the head angle to the spark plugs. Can you see any bars on the front of the heads? Unless they've been replaced probably just e7's?

I tried looking for bars on the fronts of the heads, but with all the accessory stuff mounted it's hard to tell. It's also hard to look for something I've never seen before I'm not really sure if I'm looking in the right place or not. I did look at the photos on the fiveofinfo.com site so I think I know what I should be looking for.

I also tried looking for the casting number on the block. I'd like to know what bonehead at Ford decided that the proper place for it is where it can't be seen without removing the starter. I tried to snake the stalk of my remote camera in behind it with no luck. Too much grease to see clearly.

The later SBF heads (after 1985) can be I.D'd via the letter cast into the lower front corner of the passenger side head (and the opposite corner on the drivers side head) A "T" here denotes an E7TE head, "S" is an E6SE head, "GT" is a GT40 head, GTP is the GT40P head. Roller blocks have the casting numbers on the lower rear corner of the block on the drivers side, pre rollers (my not be 100% on this, but close) have the numbers above the starter and can be seen without removing the starter. If you can't see them, look on the drivers side. The head in that pic are not GT40P

Casting number locations

"I'd like to know what bonehead at Ford decided that the proper place for it is where it can't be seen without removing the starter."

The same one that placed the casting number of the heads on the underside, next to the pushrod holes!

You have to remove the intake manifold and use a mirror to read the full casting number, on most of the heads.
