Okay, I just checked Harbor Freight's site and they have both kits available. In fact they look like the same ones the guy in the video used:
Ball Joint Service Kit for 2WD and 4WD Vehicles
Master Ball Joint Adapter Set 14Pc

Don't do it, that tool is insanely valuable.
I jury rigged it to pull off body mounts in seconds, and to push leaf bushing bolts through seized sleeves, let alone the value in getting seized ball joints out. I have also seen it used on pivot bushings on D44/D50's.
That thing is worth it's weight in gold on an old truck.

I would not be one to return them, I'm an Oregon Packrat lol.

Had a thought late last night and if I have the time tonight will build it...
Instead of a C-clamp like press to remove the bushings, I'm going to work on making a mini hydralic press specifically for this purpose.
If I can get a cheap harbor freight bottle jack to work horizontally, I'll use that, otherwise I'll disassemble and use the hydraulics from a cheap floor jack.
The idea is simple, a welded steel frame holds the hydralic jack and has 2 fingers wider than the bushing stick out past the piston, say a few inches past resting with plate that matches the bushing diameter (maybe try and drill it so the bushing can bolt to the plate and jack pushing it out).
The fingers wider than the bushing allow it to pass by when the piston extends and the fingers engage the axle to hold it all in place.
I hope the hydralic bottle jack works as it would make the bracket I need to weld up easier to make.
Hope it work, would be a great too at under $50 less since I already have most the stuff to build it..
