Wiring problems
I posted in the electrical section with no luck so here I am
SO I have been going through the 63 I recently aquired. The blinkers werent working and a signal stat 900 was installed so I downloaded wiring schematics for the truck and the sig stat and went to work. got every thing wired up and working excellent then I decided to recheck the headlights and noticed a few problems
-signal stops blinking when headlights are turned on but light stays dimly lit
-running lights are going trough the indicator filament not the bigger running filament.
-Also brake lights are not working
I would like either some detailed guidance or someone in socal with know how to come help me out payment negotiable
Ive basically come to the end of my ability on my own. there were a bunch of splices and take offs for a eletric trailer brake and auxillary emergency flasher I have since eliminated for simplicity till I get basic lights working. any help is appriciated. Thank you!

Had a similar issue long time ago, it was the ground strap wire that goes from the engine block to the frame or firewall. Since it is a truck with rubber cab mounts I would ground strap cab to frame and engine to frame or to the firewall. That will insure the juice will flow!
Have a good one.
