Aftermarket exhaust and EBP sensor

I'm wanting to have an aftermarket exhaust installed hopefully this spring and was wondering if it will affect the exhaust back pressure sensor. Wanting to delete the cat as well. Truck is a 2005 f350 dually 6.0l with head studs, egr delete. Thanks in advance for any feed back.
