Should ECU relay get hot in normal operation?

Should ECU relay get hot in normal operation?

I have noticed that mine does, as does the fuel pump relay, and they are mounted with a reasonable amount of ventilation on all sides, on the DS fender wall so far from exhaust etc. To the touch, it seems the adjacent fender is noticeably cooler...
