cooling/radiator leak

My 77 f150 has radiator fluid coming out of the overflow hose and has radiator fluid pooling in the area surround my distributor however the radiator fluid is still circulating but my lines going to and from the radiator and motor don't seem to have any pressure anyone got any idea what is going on.....also I don't think there is a leak coming from where my thermostat housing mounts to my manifold...

Radiator fluid = coolant

It may be oh so obvious but... Check and tighten the clamps! You did do that already, right? Then confirm whether it has a leak or not. Dry it off, let it idle, and see what happens.

I don't know your age but younger owners will fill the radiator to the brim and then install the cap. That is incorrect. The coolant is filled to slightly cover the coolant tubes because coolant will expand when heated... that could be why your system is puking up coolant.

Second, it **could** be that leaking/expelled coolant is blowing back when at speed and pooling in that area next to the dizzy. The rest of it might be evaporating before you've had a chance to inspect the area.

Commence your troubleshooting and report back. Thanks.
