flexible brake line.

flexible brake line.
I am installing a Hurst line lock on my 75 f250 and would like to use flexible brake line between the proportioning valve and the solenoid. I would also like to swap out the two lines between the master cylinder and proportioning valve.
Any concerns I should have with using flexible brake line. .. other than the cost?

IF whatever flexible line you'd use is rated for the pressure and use there should be no huge down sides. Question though--will this be an appearance thing with fancy lines or you thinking along another line?
For some reason I'm seeing external chromed braiding inside a tricked out engine bay?

As for functionality, I like working with flexible lines rather than hard lines. Just seems easier to fit.

Hurst is one of our sister companies,....
Make sure to use the appropriate diameter line and it will not only be totally functional, it should look pretty nice as well!

I have a local shop here that makes SS brake lines for cheap (and any other hose you can think of...they are known for their commercial hydraulic hose). I ran SS braided hose on the rear axle of my '78...all the way from the frame to the calipers. Worked great! I think I paid $40 for all of it.
