Quick question about exhaust fitment

I was just wondering if an exhaust system for a SD pickup will work on an excursion, or what you have to modify to make it work? Maybe hangers? I am wanting to do something different to replace rusty stock exhaust on my 2000 V10 4x4 Ex, and the only thing I am really finding specifically for the Ex is the Gibson cat back systems. Since we are on the subject, has anyone used the Gibson systems? Thanks guys, I searched for a while, but couldn't find anything useful about the fitment.

I have headman headers and Y pipe they are for SD, same year. I got them off summit on ebay. They are direct fit except you have to cut off a tab on the Y pipe meant for the SD. Deleted my cat and have a straight pipe with a flowmaster 50 series delta super flow. With dual turn down pipes.

I would like to do the headers in the near future, just kind of a big chunk to lay out at once, haha. Have you had the problem with your collectors loosening up that a bunch of others had? Don't suppose you'd want to drive the 3 hrs over to Fort Polk so I could hear it? :P

Hahaha yes sir! Those bolts pain in the a.s.s. Those things loosed up in the first week. Went to a special bolt place here in houston, to get the right one's. Only thing good about living city life this huge is everything is hop n skip away. But I do love my flowmaster 50 if you dont mind the drone.
