A larger throttle body by itself won't help much on an engine that is otherwise stock, even with a chip. Usually, the intake manifold opening was matched to the stock TB, and putting a bigger one on will leave a ridge at where it meets the manifold. But if you plan to install a new manifold as well, most of the aftermarket types have 70mm openings. I would check with the manifold you plan to get.

A throttlebody is a complete waste of your time unless the intake(upper and lower) are also upgraded. And same goes for the chip, on this vintage motor it won't do anything you can't do for free.

Do the intake first buying a bigger TB for it when you do, and then if the motor is still wearing the stock heads upgrade those next. Then the motor will need larger injectors so that is when you also get a larger MAF meter.
