I have tried everything that was posted. It still has an intermittent ignition problem. 2 distributors 4 Ecms and 2 tfi modules. Still has 40 psi of fuel pressure while cranking. It'll start and and run but when I shut it down, it will NOT start back for about 20 minutes. It has 0 spark when it won't start.

Did the spark return when you unplugged the SPOUT or Computer?
Have you replaced the Ignition coil?

If the spark comes and goes when removing the SPOUT and putting it back in then that points to the Computer. If the spark does not return when you pull out the SPOUT shorting bar then unplug the computer and see if the spark does not return then. If so take computer back and get another one as they sold you a bad computer.

I'd recheck timing (it may be advancing too far preventing start up) and check spout voltages on the spout leads (below 5V ref is a problem) to confirm it's increasing (up to approx 2/3rds 12V) with the spout connected .

I'd also run some primary and secondary ignition checks with a spark tester, clean up all the ground connections in these circuits for housekeeping.

Have you checked or changed the ECT & the ACT sensors?

Brandon, You seem to be getting good advice about checking primary, secondary ignition, ECT, and ACT. I have seen faulty sensors provide out of range and/or erroneous values and still pass self check.

Computers, even your "old" EEC version, do age but the likelihood of failure is low in the overall power management scheme. The associated wiring, harnesses do, however, factor in prominently and thus require your evaluation.
