Go to the Ford dealer and buy the injector! Should run 215 to 280 with the old one in hand!

2 year warranty on it!

Ebay for injectors ??? No Way In Hell.
You can pick up some cores but I think $200
for a core is a bit steep. Yes they may of cleaned
it up a bit but it still Ebay junk in my book

Ford will give you the best injector by far. If
you going larger then There is one place
that starts with a reman Ford injector for there
starting point. Someone will post the name I don't recall.

They have been AutoNation for like 8 years. They just changed their name recently though. Unless they changed managers, which I don't think, the only other reason would be they didn't see what they wanted to in sales from it.

I worked for Tousley for a few years at the still privately owned Motorsports store...

Correct- I guess they were originally Tousley (which I had bought from as well) - now they are AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake - name change but still have great pricing. Not sure if all the same employees are there, but they have done me well on my part requests...

I have talked to them also and the guy on the phone thought
they still were a sponsor. I even went as far as to ask Steve
and he could not find them so he passed it on to the IT people
to find out the answer.

ok - update to original issue. Found that all my cylinders need reworking, so they are going to bore them all to .020 over and put in oversize pistons. So my next question, and it may be a dumb one, is do I have to have anything reprogrammed due to the new compression chamber size/piston size?? I have been running double stacked SCT with just the stock+20hp mode from Spartan Diesel and also have the PHP FICM programmer under 40HP mode.

No reprogram should be required.

So my rebuilt bottom end should be ready in a couple days - all new .020 oversize pistons, rings, bearings, etc..

So, once I get her all back together, what and how do I proceed with breaking in this "new" motor - That is, I have to pull my toyhauler to Cali and I don't want to do it immediately after rebuild, so what kinda mileage should I get on her before putting to work??

I thought I saw something that talked about that in the Tech Folder.
But I may be wrong. Try a quick search of FTE and you may
find what I am thinking of.

Here is the advanced search page.

No dice - Found one thread that said drive it like you always will, tow, stole it, etc... or rings won't seal - then found another one just the opposite - do not tow, drive easy for first 500-1000 miles, etc. etc...

When I get back home I will look in the Ford
workbook to see if there is anything.
Also you might try asking Anthony.
