headers and engine swap

I am putting a 4.6 out of a 95 crown police in my 67 f100 I am looking to put headers on it but am not sure about the flange some look like the bolt location moves and do I need the egr or can I eliminate it I am shaping the whole harness and Trans as well any help would be great thanks

Are you looking to purchase headers, or make your own? I believe all 4.6L engines use the same flange design. When I fabbed up headers for my 4.6 DOHC, I purchased some flanges off ebay.

As far as EGR, you can just block it off. I am doing the same thing with my swap, however I will be using a tuner to eliminate the EGR function as well; so my CEL doesnt come on.

I am looking at buying a set just need to check the clearance i have vs mustang or f150 to see which style will work best hoping someone has tried and had brand and or style suggestions thanks for the feed back
