The Great Swap Debate....

Well my ford came with the bullet proof international diesel, cause ford was earnestly competing for strength and reliability, to a fault even, this thing is unstoppable, not the best way to sell parts at the counter, also this old iron is built to last, not accesorise newer trucks are tin cans, with wires all over, recalls, plastic chrome,...I think they went off the rails way back, party on

Or you could do as we did and place a 6.0 in any of the late-model bodies with the 2005-2007 wiring harness which allows full diagnostics and almost all of the creature comforts on a coil-over solid axle frame with abs brakes, etc. We build custom excursions utilizing this format and it works well. We pull 450 h.p. numbers all the time and have achieved 24.5 mpg on the freeway.

It should be noted we made the first 1996 bronco 6-door mounted on a 2013 6.7 diesel chassis with a full king ranch interior. It is currently in the paint and body shop and then going to upholstry then to several truck shows. After that it becomes my personal driver. Take the topper off the back and it will still pull my gooseneck trailer!
