Keep it coming.
Lol, no kidding. Had you videotaped this build, you could have asked any price for a copy of a DVD and it would have become most all of ours top 5 watched DVD..
Incredible, maticulous eye for detail and just overall DAMN, what an inspiration for us all to aspire to..

Some attention to detail. It's hard to post these pics and assume everyone knows what part I'm talking about. Tried to put a brief explanation for every pic.

Inner fender / hood hinge brace.

Notice the two braces sandwiched onto the inner fender.

Another angle of the two braces used together.

Factory dual battery tray with faculty vacuum canister bracket notice the ford stamp.

Different angle of factory dual battery tray with factory vacuum bracket and factory battery hold down bracket

Regular battery tray

Under side of inner fender with factory brace for factory battery hold down bracket.

Underside of inner fender battery tray brace.

Installed heavy duty cage nuts for battery tray bolts.

Custom aluminum hydroboost bracket powder coated black.

This is an awesome build and for sure one of the cleanest 73-79 trucks ever built. Took me a while to catch up but I'm finally up to date lol.

Thank you. I appreciate everyone's compliments.

The Magnaflow 14159 race mufflers came in. 3" in 3" out round style.

Started the dual horn rebuild. Drilled out rivets.

Beautiful work man!

You should post a how to on that horn rebuild. Some people have no idea what's inside that bugger, and how simple they really are.

I rebuilt my horns a couple of years ago and posted a thread on the how to. You're right, they really are simple inside.

80/96 weatherstrip

I don't know what more details you want. 1980-1996 Ford truck door weatherstrip. Unwrap the package when you get it. Press it on. There will be extra at the bottom where the door sill scuff plate is, cut to the length you need. Flatten the section that goes under the scuff plate. Install scuff plate. Take a step back. Take a few pics. Drink a beer. Thats Hilarious

Lower windshield retainer. So you put the lower windshield retainer in after window installed.Did you also put an upper retainer in as well?

Yes. Both are installed AFTER the windshield is installed.

Plumbing the Saginaw

I was very impressed with the use of the Saginaw PS pump using Econolpne hardware. As I stared intently at this image:

I wondered what your plans are with regard to plumbing. Will you be using race type fittings, braided hose and so on? I'd guess that there's a potential for 1500 psi for the pressure line here so I'm sure you'll build it stout. Or is there a factory solution that can be adapted?

Here is another view of the vacuum stand (for relay mounting) mounted in original location (but on driver side)before tray is installed:

New Motorcraft BXT-24F-A batteries (CCA 700) specified by Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas. Late 60's Bronco/Mustang/truck all-metal hold down clamps with stainless steel J-bolts.:

After using Optima batteries since 2001, I considered using them for this truck. Optimas are clean, reliable great batteries. I have had them fail in cold weather on the diesel trucks many times (High demand) and they don't fit the steel Ford hold-downs. Motorcraft just got the vote.

Bumpside hood stabilizers (67-79 F600 hood stabilizers) now live on the 77 F100 in their original location:

Underside of 1973 inner fenders. Note the L-shape extra brace with three bolt locations. That is supplied from 1978-79 inner fenders, and is welded to assembly.

Ford Heavy-truck hood scoop duct mated to Lincoln housing:
