2002 f150 super crew , no start

I have a 2002 f150 super crew 4x4 with the 5.4l engine. My young lad had it out the other day . when he left a store he got about a half a mile when it sputtered and died. I assumed a problem with the wiring harness going back to the fuel pump. Checked wires, no issues. Checked fuses and relays , no issues , still no start. Disconnected battery and traced wires back to fuse relay and through inertia switch, still no issues, and the anti theft seems to be working properly. Does anybody have resistance values for all the related sensors, before I condemn the fuel pump, since I changed it last year and it turned out to be a broken wire. I kept the old fuel pump (original). Is there a test resistance for the fuel pump too? Thanks fellas.

I think you know what to do, if it is not the inertia switch, get power to the pump somehow and see if it runs.

Check pressure at the fuel rail. The pressure should reach ~ 40 psi if you cycle the key from off to run 3 - 4 times.
