Looks good, that's a similar placement to my setup. I welded my bracket to the bottom of the hitch.

The plug is the same too, the flat 4 on the side of the 7.

Still trying to find the right relay for the Trailer Tow Battery Charge relay, not getting anywhere. Found another number from a F150 Forum also said to be used in the Expedition, does anyone have any information on the following number - FOAB-14A192-A. I also see this number with AA at the end vice A.

Apparently this number was incorrect for my Expedition - F80B-14B192-AA

Decided to go to a Ford dealership to find out the correct part number. What I found is as follows - found out the number I received recently was a correct number but not the part number.

FOAB-14A192-A is the number you see on the relay but it is a engineering drawing number so when you go to a parts store and try to find a cross reference you get nothing.

The part number is FOAZ-14N089-A.

I plugged the relay in and do not have 12 VDC, I think the way I spliced the wire in to the orange wire along the drivers side frame rail could be done better. I used the quick splice item from etrailer and don't think it worked right any ideas on how to splice in with a better option?

I used a bare butt connector with clear heat shrink.

You could also use a butt connector with heat shrink already on it, as they are somewhat clear.

Either option should be available at your favourite parts store.
