Pulled the 600 apart cleaned it up really good helped but im going to have to get some metering rods and jets for it. But hey I took it down the road and if I feather the gas it really comes to life. Once I get it all set ill pick up some new chevy rockers to help it even more love this site for all the info and the help everyone gets. Thanks all

Is it giving a good, strong shot from the the accelerator nozzles? Did moving the linkage to the top hole in the pump arm make a difference? A bog or hesitation off idle is almost always a lean condition. The pump plunger went bad on my 500 and it had a bad stumble. Getting the pump shot right with the Offy C and its big, open plenum is crucial.
Do you have any source of heat for the bottom of the intake? It makes a big difference even during the summer down here in Texas.
Where is the base timing set? Vacuum advance hooked to ported or manifold vacuum source?

Getting a good shot from the pump forgot to move holes on the pump arm. I haven't finished the plate for heat just yet ill do that at work tomorrow. I don't know what the base timing is just used a vac gauge to set it. Vac advance is hooked to carb. didn't know weather to hook it to carb. or intake.
