WHere and what or how did this come from ?? NO PART # only reason I know what it is stems from the give away 427 eagle on the air cleaner of course no block but I would like to find one or maybe see the intake to fund another project but I am one of those who like to know stuff and this is a mystery to me ...NO PART # ...??? so where or how did ya get one back in the day ...

I bet ya would give me $2.00 sight unseen ... I will post a few pics tomorrow ... only thing I am missing is the Eagle ( going back to see if it is there , got the chrome valve covers ) even has the oil cap . I did look into the K code / Lightweight 1966 Fairlane looks right and I studied a pic of where the p[art number should be but of course I cant tell ...! 67 has a part # ... My brother don't want to sell it but we may have no choice

That is a MR intake, they didn't have much for ID on them, 1965 introduction with the MR heads and such. Definitely not 63, and definitely not Thunderbolt as they had High Risers, not Medium Risers. Very good intake, runs almost as well as a Tunnel Wedge, just gives up some on top to the TW. There are reproductions available
Just like this one on the 427 in my 406 Galaxie- with a 4K converter and 5.14 gears

Beautiful car man ... I looked hard and long top to bottom and NO ID.... close as I can come is the 65-66 Fairlane Lightweight 427 ...cant find a part number for the intake for that car and with only 56 made ...it may be that .. I have asked a lot of people and they all say the same thing " if it don't have a part number it should have never left ford " maybe I got me a 1st casting Mid riser ... I don't know ??

None of the factory intakes had PART NUMBERS on them. The numbers you would find are the ENGINEERING NUMBERS. The absence of the engineering numbers isn't unusual. I had a 2x4 low riser intake that didn't have numbers either, no big deal. In the condition yours is in, don't expect top dollar for it. Looks pretty rough to me.
