SOS NEED Help!!! 1999 FORD E350 WONT Start!

HELP!!! I have a 1999 Ford E350 V8 5.4L as a food truck. Just 2 days ago, it wont start after I unloading some stuff. I got 2 mechanic to check it. But both check it for 2days still not sure if it is the PCM problems. day 1 , it still has sparks but not always, fuel still ok. but day2, no spatks no fuel. .......so now they still dont know what's the problem ,why it wont start.

Is the Check Engine Light illuminated? If so first step is reading those codes.

Any competent shop or mechanic should have at least a hand held scanner or diagnostic tool.

Did they find out anything at all by the way??
Does it have an immobiliser??
Could be the ignition cylinder, or a starting relay acting up ?? This happened to me with a bmw 520i w atomatic, no spark or fuel and when I changed the cylinder in the ignition it was alright again, turns out I had way to many keys and different things on the keychain, it is known to be a weakness on any car with time, so on my e350 I only have 1 door key, fuelcap key and 1 ignition key, since I changed the cylinder on it when I bought it so I knew it would be thight.

I run a fleet of e series with drivers hanging a set of five other van keys dangling from the ignition. Three vans over 1 million miles, the other three all over 400k miles. I've never changed an ignition cylinder. I think the ignition cylinder issue might be a problem in some vehicles, but not Ford vans.
