I'm thinking about putting farm use tags on an old pickup of mine. Here in Va. does it need to have a current state inspection. Thanks

Here in Ioway, in recent years older pickups are "reasonable" but newer ones less so. Purportedly to redress some great injustice of some kind. Not sure what farm exemptions there are, but you better have dirt under your fingernails.

 

I hear they have been cracking down on "Farm Use" vehicles. Might better check with DMV.
