T-case front yoke questions

Hey guys, recently i swapped front axles between my 93 F350 and my 89 f250s. Now the 89 has the SFA D60, and the 93 has the TTB D50. I figured i wouldnt need anything special, but ive run into a problem with the front shaft yokes on the Tcases. They are different, and what i need to know is if the newer yoke will fit on the older case, and vice-versa. Also if anyone knows what size the nuts are that hold the yokes on would be great! Thanks for any help!!!

Both trucks have the 13-56. Only other difference is the F350 has the PTO version

The t-case has provisions for a pto? Never saw one. But that shouldn't matter. Is it the splines that are different?

I'm sorry, I misread the post. I thought you already had them off and they wouldn't go back on. I have swapped t-case stuff back and forth between an 89 and a 94 and didn't have any problems but I don't remember the nut size. That double joint is good to have on the D60 truck, especially if you have any lift over factory height.

Just swap the front yoke. 1356 is 1356
The only time you would run into a problem is if you were trying to interchange the 1356 and the 4407

Brad, have you ever seen one with a pto port? If so, what were they most commonly on? I want one!

Yes, I have several. They came in cab and chassis trucks. But they are about useless. The truce has to be in GEAR for them to work

It's probably SAE and it's probably in the 1" to 1-1/4" range (which you probably already knew). I bought a very inexpensive set of mechanical calipers for measuring larger bolt heads for this exact reason. I paid less than $5 for it at the local hardware store several years ago.
