Can't really be done, unfortunately. There isn't really a "gasket" there, it's just silicone and the way the oil sump and pickup tube are constructed you have to either pull the engine or cut the engine cross member out to drop the pan. Add to that the fact that if you use the silicone to re-seal it (through Riffraff diesel has started offering a gasket now) you have to turn the engine upside down to avoid oil running down into the sealant and creating a leak point.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...

Are you sure it's the pan. Check the dipstick and oil cooler.

Someone said they can be done by jacking up the engine but I have my doubts.

I'd say you'd have to lift that motor a long ways. At that point you may as well pull it and roll it over

I would verify again that it's actually the pan that is leaking. The pans on these aren't know for leaking unless they rust through. If you have a leak from the passenger side, it's a good possibility that it is the flange where the dipstick goes into the pan. If it is coming from the rear, then it's a pretty good bet that it's leaking from up top somewhere and draining down the back of the engine. Driver side leaks tend to be from the oil cooler. Just a few things to check.

Honestly, it's not that bad if you have a way to pull it straight up high enough so you don't have to remove the core support.
