Help - Spark Plug pics-tell the story

Help - Spark Plug pics-tell the story

Tell me what you think's going on in this motor.

It's a 302 w/Aluminum heads.







The pic below is out of focus, but this is one of two plugs that were VERY clean.

Here's the "Haynes Spark Plug Reading Chart"

A little more Info about the motor would be nice
Like year, Carb or Injected or other modifications

I'd say, from what i can see on my small phone screen, it's leaking oil in to a few of the combustion chambers.

There should in that case be thick oily residue on the plugs/threads. Likely culprits would then be head gasket or possibly piston rings worst case.

Other option is they smell of petrol, abd it's running rich on some cylinders.

I'm assumibg it fires on all eight?
