4.9L ported vaccume not working
Hi im new to this site so please bear with me I will do my best to explain things clearly.
I have a 1983 ford f100 XL with a 300 i6 in it. My vaccume advance line is hooked up to the carb where the ported vaccume is but when I raise the rpm I don't get any vaccume there at all.
I know the vaccume advance works if I hook it up to manifold vaccume the rpm go up. And theres good manifold vac just no ported vac what so ever .
Also the motor is from a 1994 f150 and has bean converted to carb with a inline electric fuel pump. Im not sure if that would make any difference or not

Welcome. I would check with the good folks here. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

I would add a photo of your carb also showing where it is currently connected.
Have you tried other ports / connections on the carb?
