Yeah it's got 4" exhaust with only a cat. It does it on all surfaces. It's more than an exhaust drone I can feel it in the whole truck. To me it feels just like a driveline vibration but only in overdrive doesn't make since to me.

If this has a two piece driveshaft take a look at the carrier bearing for play. alot of times when people lift these trucks they dont take into consideration the driveshaft angles. If the bearing is not bad it might just need to be shimmed down to improve drive angles.

Also if bearing was replaced previously the driveshaft might of not been reinstalled properly and its causing the vibration.

I recently had this issue and same symptoms.

How do you get a Torqueshift into overdrive?

I'm guessing you mean when it reaches the 5th gear. I would not rule out exhaust or drone. You'd be surprised how you can feel harmonic vibrations. If you use Tow Haul mode and don't get fast enough for it to shift into the 5th gear, probably in the mid 50's, if you don't feel it, but then shift into the 5th gear and you do, and at the same speeds I'd think you have a drone or harmonic issue going on. Driveline issues won't usually change at constant speeds.

Does the vibration go away if you go over 65mph? Does it stay constant or get worse?

It has a one piece driveline. And yes I guess it's 5th gear lol. It won't do it in 4th gear. If I go over 65 it goes away.
