Too bad they didn't use a modern engine / trans. the 3208 is a very old and commonly non turbocharged CAT engine - don't see a turbo here. A 4-speed auto probably almost assures a low top cruising speed (60 mph, maybe), if it has normal rear end gearing. They were rated at 230 HP in the Bluebird Wanderlodge applications with which I'm familiar. Though a few were turbo'd and had another 100 horse.

here are some comments.. sounds like 3208's nickname is boat anchor.

I was thinking a 3408 Cat (450 hp when used as the rear engine in a 657 scraper), and airbags in the rear. Me thinks a 3508 would be overkill

This has to be good on gas,look how tall the tires are.

Love those body styles not sure I'd like to feed this one though.
