rear view camera wiring?

I bought one of those Pyle rear view cameras to use on my Edge CTS, just wondering what the best way to wire the power source is. I know there is the black and red wires just wondering where you guys with superdutys have wired them...

I wired mine to one of the low voltage up-fitter switch's.
That way when I pulling a trailer I can flip it on and see
the connection when I'm rolling down the road.

Same here I have back up lights wired to up fitter three. So I just put the camera in that. And ran I cable to my cts. The only thing I did was get a bigger VGA cable for more protection

I Also wired mine to upfitter 4 (it carries the least power i believe) and that way i can also look back while driving at any time. I wired extra back up lights and under bed rail lights into #3 so i can use separately.

Did you guys run your power wires through the firewall or out the back of the cab?

I ran the Reverse Signal and 12V from #3 Upfitter switch through diodes so the camera comes on while in reverse and you can turn it on with the switch.
