Wastegate Actuator

My story isn't long, but it's sad and frustrating.

The rubber elbow for the red line to my wastegate actuator was dry rotted and cracked, so I decided to replace it. Picked one up, removed the old one and put the new one on the end of the line. When I went to put it back on the actuator, the little tube was apparently rusted and snapped right off the actuator.

I have a spare, but it's early 99 and the rod is too short to reach the wastegate lever. If you happen to have a stock 99.5+ actuator laying around you'd be willing to part with, please let me know . . .

Where did you get your red line and stuff. My lines are in good shape but I need new boots. Was thinking of this when I was putting it all back together.

I'm just looking for a box to put it in, then it'll be on its way.

Awesome. That will eliminate one of about 1,359 problems, lol. Thanks again, Brad.

It's just one more thing I'm getting out of my garage. 1359 more other things and maybe my wife can park her car in there again.
