This must be a D60 rear? Or are you talking about the dust shields on a D60 front?

I wouldn't even bother installing them if it were mine. I didn't bother with them on my F-150. Just a place for rocks and mud to get stuck in.

2x on broncograveyard.com they're a great source for stuff like that. As for locking hubs, I wouldn't recommend being stingy on those. That's one part of the truck that you really want to work reliably, but it's your dime.

If money wasn't an issue, I would try to get Warn Premium lockout hubs, but if you have to get them TODAY then I guess you're kind of limited to what you can find locally. I guess you kind of have to look at the stores that are nearby and see what they offer. Get Warn if you can. I don't know a lot about the MileMarker hubs but they seem to be less expensive. Just for S&G's I think I'd put in a call to the dealership too and see what they charge for the OEM parts.

Do you have the manual hubs or the auto hubs on there now?

If you decide not to run the dust shields, you don't have to use a shim or anything. Just put it together without them.

For hubs.... X2 on Warn Premiums. A decent 4wd store should have them. If you have auto locks right now, you'll need the hubs and the spindle nut kit too.

Pulled the dust covers on both D60s not an issue. I have when they where on, had rocks get caught between the cover and disc, PITA to get rocks out. No worries running w/o covers.

Exactly.. I've gotten into some deep, thick mud with my F-150 that was real gritty, like it had a bunch of tiny rocks in it... Glad I didn't have to worry about that getting caught in my rotors.

If you have a NAPA nearby, they should stock Warn hubs...at least they do in my area. When I was looking at them, they were comparable in price to what I found online.

X2. My Napa sells premiums for the same price that clay has them listed.

Here is a link to show prices and availability of the NAPA in Achushnet, MA.

NAPA AUTO PARTS

That doesn't seem like a bad price on either the premiums or the standard hubs. The Premiums would definitely be worth the extra $60 in my opinion.
