? How do you get the visor end clips out, do they screw out or are they just snapped in. I don't want to break them... Im thinking of gluing a rug on the overhead console I cant figure out how they come out, is there any book on how to take stuff apart on these vans, like the cluster or dash and stuff like that I have a cracked vent I want to replace also but don't know how to get it out.

 

Have no real idea what you're asking here but if I gather correctly those are held into a metal structure that forms the top of the windshield opening. Once the Phillips head screws are removed they should pull free, perhaps a bit of GENTLE tugging or twisting.
