Help! F100 stalling!!!

My f100 with a 302 keeps stalling. Seems like she's got a breathing problem. Gotta keep on gas or she stalls. Possibly carb needs tuned? Idk? Please help. Gotta get to work Monday

And the only way it'll start and stop stalling is if I start it and punch it for a good 15-30 seconds then no stall. It's also missing off one cylinder but I'm sure a tune up will fix that

Gonna be hard to tune the carb if it is missing on a cylinder.

Go get your plugs, cap/rotor, wires, and what not first. As far as plugs, go OEM, stay away from the split points and all that crap. See if your parts store has a compression tester to rent, get it if you dont have one.

Air filter is cheap, might buy one too

Sounds like you need to do some regular maintenance under the hood.
Check and or replace the following..

Plugs
Wires
distributor cap/ points
Air cleaner

If you still have problems the following would be recommended:

compression check
Timing check
Carb tuning check
