ignition module retard feature

How many degrees does the white wire retard feature on duraspark 2 modules retard the timing on start up?

Is this the same for all color insulators? I have a yellow duraspark 2 module and had a project I wanted to do but need to know the number of degrees the retard is.

I don't know the answer to your question but a couple of years ago I was messing around with the Dura Spark ignition as part of an engine swap and I remember finding this info somewhere on line. You might Google this and find what you're looking for if no one else answers.

I dont think its a california box because my car came with one from the factory and it doesnt have the california emissions. I also have seen evidence that all Duraspark II modules has the retard feature where hes saying the yellow box does not have a retard feature. If thats the case then why is there a white wire which is the retard signal wire.

In any case, if its like the blue box and its 4*, that I think would be too much retard for what I was wanting to do.
