My family and I would like to see the Florida panhandle beaches this summer. Where and what do you recommend? (We've visited St Pete Beach and loved it.) Would love to see some more beautiful sand and clean salt water.

 

Mexico Beach just east of panama city. Has the beautiful white sand with not nearly as much crowds.Very nice family vacation spot.

It sure sounds great, all the times I've been to FL, I never visited the panhandle

 

Where I live and west is more or less tourist traps. You can hardly see the beach for the condos. East of us it is much more like Florida used to be. Some beautiful beaches.

 

^What he said. We LOVE St.George Island, but we always stay at the state park there, so very few people, especially during the week. Good luck getting a camping spot, I reserve ours as soon as we can at 12:01am!
