Wow. That's what happens to Buna (rubber) seals and O-Rings. They should be making them out of Viton.

I really can't tell what the manufacturer is. I'm still standing in between the rad support n the block.



It only takes a few mins to remove the rad n fan. But my back thanks me. Lol

I agree. Should send that video to them. That is ridiculous. And so many people talk trash on oem. Never seen an oem do that.

Dorman is well aware of the problem and has pull all the green seal off parts store shelves. I know they are dealing with some labor claims now.

They SHOW A BLUE Gasket But I only checked 1 Site but was supposed to be Dorman OIL COOLer kit

Dorman Didn't know How the OC Worked They thought it SEAL COOLANT there !!!!!!!!!!!

All these Guys Got Hit with a 1800.00 OC Repair within last 1Year and Its DEAD Again

This is what the ipr looked like in this truck when it came in on the hook



I really wanted to flush and switch him to EC1, so I gambled with one of my ipr's. it fired up n ran for a total of 9 flushes,,, bout 7 hours. He's letting me put a oem oil cooler and gaskets(of course. Lol). I can't believe it ran that long.

I have some pictures if you want them, my buddy did 5 OC jobs with the dorman cooler, he redid all 5 and he now has 5 claims for dorman.
