definitely will be doing that, might have to be at that level anyhow for the HPO leak. Either way I'll pick one up as soon as this job is done... Thurs I think.

I think Dorman Makes Lots of Coolers Like that so I suspect they have that part down OK just Blew the gaskets so far
I put about 30-50k miles a year so we shall see EOT/ECT is always on my SGII screen.

Use at your Own Risk deal for sure

Knowing what we know now Nobody would use dorman
After I get some tires (Feb), I will do that for sure! Might as well keep one handy, if I don't use it my neighbors might . 4 of the 9 houses on this street have a 6.0

Sorry I'm a newb to 6.0's but this is the gasket out of the oil cooler correct? And what symptoms would the truck show when this screen and IPR valve screen are plugged like that? And where is that screen located?

One screen is under the oil cooler for the hpop intake. The ipr and screen is located on top of the hpop pointed to the drivers side head. When the ipr gets loaded full of this **** you will experience a no start due to too low of high pressure oil. The ipr usually goes up to 85% and might only build 100 psi of hpo.

Sent from my leash using IB AutoGroup

No the intake itself. There redesign cracked and leaked worse then the oem, not to mention lowering mpg and cfm rates. Real junk

It's never just an OC,, cause I don't feel comfortable doin an oil cooler unless I know the system is clean. And if its a late model,,, might as well check for the updated parts,, if its an early model,, I've got my machine shop on point to machine the hpop cover for the tube,, no use in replacing when we can make what we got work. I've got a great hookup with them. No wait,, he drops what he's doin n hooks me up. Last heads I did,, I walked in with them,, n 20 mins later,, out the door done. Love it

It's freakin amazing the ratio of 6,0's out there running green coolant. It's like 80%. I'm tackling as many as I can.
